Ingredients:
1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 cup ginger juice (or blend fresh ginger with a bit of water)
1 cup garlic juice (blend and strain garlic cloves)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 tablespoons of raw honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions:
Mix all juices and vinegar in a saucepan.
Simmer the mixture over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
Allow it to cool, then add raw honey and stir until fully blended.
Store the mixture in a glass jar or bottle in the refrigerator.
