Just mix, bake, and enjoy a warm square every morning. And if you want to vary it, you can add whatever you have in the fridge!
Ingredients (4 to 6 servings)
8 eggs
400 ml of milk
150g of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, prato or a mixture)
Salt to taste
Optional extras to add
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, parsley)
Bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms
Diced ham, turkey breast, or bacon
