Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 cups crushed Golden Oreos
4 tbsp melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup strawberry puree
20 Golden Oreos
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Mix 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos with 4 tbsp melted butter and press into a greased 9-inch pan. Chill.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Stir in strawberry puree.
Pour filling over crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 55–65 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.
Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Crush 20 Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries, mix with 4 tbsp melted butter.
Sprinkle crunch topping over cheesecake before serving.
