Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook rigatoni until al dente according to package instructions.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Garlic Chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Remove chicken and set aside.
